Wilkins Wedding - Lockamy Plantation
With the help of a facebook post on the “NC Weddings” page, I was able to connect with Kimberly. She wanted a car to use as a prop in her wedding photos at a venue she picked. It was the Lockamy Plantation, in Angier, NC. I was happy to offer her my 1926 Ford Model T coupe. It matched perfectly with her wedding and the venue! With more discussion, I offered the idea of me driving her from the house to the barn the her ceremony started. She loved that idea and said lets do it!. The date came and Monica and I arrived. I brought her along to assist me and capture these images below for me while I was driving the bride. Everything went perfectly as planned and no-one expected Kimberly to arrive in a 94 year old vehicle! It was nice to just use the car for a wedding instead of photographing it too for a change.
